Fun fact: The first known computer "bug" was actually a real insect! In 1947, computer pioneer Grace Hopper discovered a moth that had gotten stuck in a relay in the Harvard Mark II computer, causing it to malfunction. Hopper taped the moth into the computer's logbook, coining the term "debugging" to describe the process of fixing computer glitches. The logbook with the moth is now on display at the Smithsonian National Museum of American History.
